Process
1. Intro chat (30-45 minutes)
You'll first have an introductory call with a member of our team; you won't need to prepare anything in advance. We would love to hear your story, where you're aiming to go and understand if we can be helpful in that journey. In exchange we'll share how we came to be, and who we are. We’ll also give you a thorough overview of our product – tech stack and the development processes.
The meeting could either be on a Google Meet or in person at our office which is located in the bohemian part of Helsinki - Kallio.
If we are excited and you seem like an excellent fit then we'll move forward to the next stage.
2. Technical Task (±4 hours)
We'll send you a task to assess your technical skills and execution. After you submit the task, we’ll carefully review your work. If the submission demonstrates the skills we’re looking for we’ll move forward.
3. Demo + Technical Interview (2 hours)
In this meeting you get to demo your work to a few people from our product team. This is also an opportunity for you to ask more questions about the company, the role, or anything else on your mind.
If we feel that you could contribute to our work and you're excited about the challenges we face we'll move forward.
4. Meeting the Crew (30 minutes)
We'll get a few people from the team to interview you and to touch base one last time before making a final decision. If we collectively believe there is a good fit we’ll make you an offer following our Open Compensation Model.
1️⃣ We aim to keep our process light, punctual and strict.
2️⃣ We aim to move from Step 1. to Step 3. in no more than 30 days.
3️⃣ Per our values of Growth Mindset and Transparency we’ll always share the reasoning if you are rejected after talking with us.
